Since I have already posted about Caribbean wedding traditions and customs and mentioned something about their wedding cake called the “Black Cake,” I thought it would be great if I actually include a video on how to make one.
I searched youtube to get the best video I could find and this one is, I believe, the best video where you can learn how to bake a “Black Cake.” The video is by Chef Ramin Ganeshram, a cookbook writer and instructor of Caribbean cooking at the Institute of Culinary Education, in New York City.
