For today’s wedding blog, I am going to feature a video spoofing a Lebanese pre-wedding tradition. This is about two young lovers falling madly in love with each other, but their love for each other faces an obstacle and that obstacle is their own wedding customs and tradition. The satire of their customs and tradition is really funny, but in reality it’s quite sad for Lebanese lovers being separated and marrying someone they don’t love just because it’s the will of their parents or they need to follow their customs and tradition.

We have already featured a lot of funny wedding dance videos here. Today, I am going to feature another funny wedding dance but from a different culture. It is an African wedding dance and what makes it extra special is that the South African President, Jacob Zuma, participated in the dance and made a wrong step.

It was really sport of their President to join in the festivities and have fun with his constituents. He looked really serious while performing the ritual wedding dance when he finally decided that it would be more fun to crush a few elderly tribesmen by falling on them.

Well, actually, the good President didn’t intend to fall on the poor tribesmen. He just made a few wrong steps which made him do the Nestea Plunge. Click the video below and enjoy the rich and colorful culture of Africa and, of course, it’s falling President as well.

Hello you fabulous people. I’m so excited since we are facing the last hours of this year. When the clock strikes twelve midnight, we’ll have a new exciting year. But as the saying goes, “It isn’t over till the fat lady sings!” So here is my last wedding blog for the year.

Today’s wedding blog is neither about how you can get wedding savings nor about how to have an inexpensive wedding. It is about luck. I have a video here where a groom, who decided to parade his bride by carrying her and marching along the road instead of riding in the bridal car, was lucky enough to avoid a horrific accident.

It’s really phenomenal how Twitter and Facebook have affected the lives of a lot of people. The video we are featuring here today is classic evidence that Facebooking and Twittering are already a part of our day-to-day lives.

Dana and Tracey’s wedding stayed solemn until Dana decided to update his relationship status on Twitter and Facebook in front of the altar just before he kissed his lovely bride. Dana also passed Tracey her Blackberry to update her relationship status as well.

Dana and Tracey are not really social networking addicts. They just did it in the spirit of fun. It was really funny when the minister said, “ As I was saying, I now pronounce you man and wife, it is official on Facebook and official in my book. Dana, you may kiss the bride.” The minister was really a good sport to join in the Web 2.0 flavored fun.

As you can see, weddings should be fun. And I do hope your wedding will be as fun and as memorable as well. We have featured a lot of wedding blogs about bizarre weddings. You’ve seen gothic weddings, zombie weddings, and the like. This are the things most conservatives can’t comprehend doing.

Today, I will feature another bizarre wedding celebration. Well, maybe it’s bizarre or weird to us, but not to the people celebrating it. It’s part of their culture and to them it’s quite normal. What I am talking about here is the wedding between two frogs. A group of Indian people married these two amphibians (and since they’re Indians, this most probably was an arranged marriage) for them to have rain.

There’s really no known metreological explanation on how the union of two cold blooded amphibians can help in the change of weather. But this is what the Indians believe in and we just have to enjoy and be amazed in their weird festivities.

Wow, if your future wife is going to be as good as the bride in this video in terms of throwing things, you better behave yourself or you won’t be able to outrun her when you do something wrong. This bride is a sharp shooter. She even hit her target without even looking at her.

A funny thing happened at the reception. Time for the bride to throw her wedding bouquet. Of course, she has to turn her back so she wouldn’t dictate who to throw the flowers to. Can’t be biased that way, right? But eventually, she found her target, hit her in the face, and she fell like a bag of cement on the floor.

It’s a good thing that her bridesmaid turned out all right or else her wedding savings would all go to hospital bills. This is one of the funniest wedding videos I’ve come across for my wedding blog. Until now I can’t stop guffawing. Which makes me wonder, can a wedding bouquet be that deadly?  Click the video and enjoy.
