My shower is today!!!  I know, exciting right?  I wish we could have registered at Ikea… in any case, how cute are these pictures?

I went to a friend’s wedding this weekend and she had a really great guest book.  She and her fiance made a photo book/guest book out of their engagement photos which lead me to do some research…

Apparently, you can easily and inexpensively get a really nice book of your photos online (check out Shutterfly or MyPublisher for two examples).  What a great present idea for parents!

It’s time to introduce you to another lovely wedding song. Weddings are about love, and a beautiful love song is what you need to make your wedding day really special. And I found a really romantic song that will make your wedding day complete.

“Better Today” is a lovely song from Coffey on the Southern Man album. This song tells about a man sharing his thoughts to his one and only love; how she made him a better person ever since he found her. Here’s a funny wedding video where a bride was reluctant to say two words in her wedding vow… and that’s, “to obey!” The guests laughed really hard during the ceremony while the bride was having a hard time uttering those words.

The video was shot nicely as well, utilizing appropriately romantic music, and topnotch editing. So if anyone out there is getting married in Los Ageles, keep Notowitz Productions in mind. Enjoy the video.

For all those who watch the Ryan Seacrest produced reality show, “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” here’s an update on Khloe Kardashian’s wedding with Lakers sensation, Lamar Odom.

Khloe and groom, Lamar, had their own pre-wedding parties a few days before the wedding ceremony. Khloe hung out with her sisters and close pals enjoying spa treatments and a great dinner. Lamar, on the other hand, had a low-key dinner gathering with his buddies at an LA restaurant. The rehearsal dinner was held at Santa Monica’s Viceroy Hotel and was followed up by a dinner at a restaurant called Lobster, where a toast from Bruce Jenner brought the entire group to tears. The wedding, which was planned in just nine days according to mom Kris, was attended by about 250 guests. Ryan Seacrest and Kobe Bryant were just a few of the famous people who attended the wedding.

The bride dazzled in a gorgeous Vera Wang gown — definitely not an inexpensive wedding gown — with a lavender sash around her waist. Khloe was escorted down the aisle by her stepfather, Bruce Jenner. The bridesmaids, who included all of her sisters, were fabulous in lavender fitted gowns, with Kourtney and Kim wearing a deeper shade to signify their maid of honor status. The happy couple danced to the tunes of Baby Face, who performed live at the reception; and after the whole soiree wrapped, the couples were seen leaving with Khloe wearing a Lakers purple track suit.

If you think you missed out on this fancy celebrity wedding, don’t worry, the entire wedding will, of course, be televised as a wedding special on “Keeping up with the Kardashians”. The couple sold their wedding pictures to OK magazine for a whopping $300,000.00 (this could cover some of their wedding expenses and they actually had some wedding savings even if they weren’t exactly asking for it).
